General questions:
- Do I need special installations to use the Simple SMS tool?
No - it is a web-based software for which no installations are necessary. The Simple SMS tool is therefore operated from almost any PC with Internet connection.
- How long does it take to setup my account?
We setup your account immediately, so you can use your account in a very short time.
- How long is the charged SMS credit available? Do I have to consume it in a certain time?
The credit is available as long as you are our client and must not be used within certain time periods.
- Is there a minimum contract period? When am I entitled to cancel the contract?
The minimum contract period is 3 months, then the contract will be automatically renewed for further 3 months. You are entitled to cancel the contract in keeping with the cancellation period of 14 days before the end of the respective accounting period. The cancellation has to be made in writing by means of a letter or by fax.
- Do I receive a monthly report?
You can request such a report any time directly into your account, and that real-time.
- What if I forget to charge the SMS credit?
In general: if your sms-credit does not long for your sending, your sending transaction will be stopped. If you then buy sms-credit, the sending will be possible again.
- Do I have to pay for support?
No, our free support hotline 0800 / 20 20 49 is always at your disposal.
- How can you ensure the safety of my data?
Your data is encrypted on our server systems. An SSL certificate provides a secure, encrypted connection to the Simple SMS application during the operation.
- Can I change my password?
Yes, your password can be changed easily in the menu "My Account", at the bottom of your "Master Data".
SMS Questions:
- How can I send SMS?
You can send SMS via your online account, via our http, xml or SMTP (e-mail 2 SMS) interface and by email.
- Is it possible to send SMS from my own website?
Yes, you can use our http interface and integrate it on your website for example using PHP to send SMS. Therefore we offer a detailed description.
- What happens, if a SMS contains more than 160 signs?
A SMS which contains more than 160 signs will be sent as a concatenated SMS. For the act of chaining 8 signs are required - so if you use more than 160 signs per SMS there are only 152 signs left (not 160 signs). Concatenated SMS will be calculated by the number of the amount of SMS. If a route can not send concatenated SMS, the SMS will be split according to their length and sent separately.
- Can I send SMS abroad?
Yes, the SMS sending is also possible abroad.
- What is the difference between the products Connecting Clients, Advanced Business and Mobile Communications for Professionals?
Connecting clients is the web-based base product for sending single & bulk SMS. With this product you can reach your target group quickly and easily via personally addressed SMS. Moreover there is a integrated contact manager.

- (How) Can I import my contact data into the Simple SMS account, and can I export them also at any time from the SMS tool?
The import and export of your data is possible using (Excel) / CSV files. You can import and export your data easily at any time.
